gift wrap or liberal dogma

Shortly after my morning coffee and non-blog ritual, the boys got up and gave me my birthday present. This year’s present was electrified. (They’re so damn clever).

Opened my present to find:
– DVD: Best of Show
– DVD: Matrix v.2.0 (MUCH better the second time through and after playing the video game and digesting Anamatrix).
– Receipt slip (was on back order but will arrive eventually): Corporate US Flag

Other spoils of the day:
(dad) – Dual infrared spotlights (for playing with the nightshot feature of my camera).

(mom) – Dinner and calligraphy pens.
