Yesterday was my Wednesday at home – which seem to be evolving into “work from home” days…. Still plenty of hang-time with Chad – so I’m not bitching. Meanwhile, Kevin’s employment arrangement which is less princess flexible as mine, means we’re going to have to address our 4-year old wednesday-on-wednesday-off system.
Been a shutter-monkey at work… My hot shoe is malfunctioning and I need to send the camera in for service.. (3 week down-time) – So, I’m trying to get all the shots I can before I send it in. For me, this means schlepping back downtown at optimum times to catch the right light on clear days.
Displaced folks from New Orleans, (the ones that can afford such things), have made a HUGE dent in the list of still-to-be-leased lofts at work… Making my job easier…. and harder. (Easier in that I don’t have to whip up so many ads… Harder because I have to hurry and get in and get shots before units become occupied).
I often think taking pictures of bands for work would be cooler… But then I remind myself of the unsettling factoid that I tend to like architecture a lot more than people.
I like not-blogging a lot more than blogging too.
