deliverance

xenohomo arrived around 11am at the house. We did a quick check to make sure we didn’t forget anything and departed caravan style on our 4 hour journey to the wilds of southwest Missouri.

mojobear rode with Neel for the first leg of the journey, switching out with babybear when we stopped for lunch in some tiny town for lunch.

We snarfed down what was to be our last commercial meal, (Burger King), and discussed how Nylon is made.

We made it to Cactus Canyon by about 3:30 and set up camp, leaving the rest of the evening to get our fires going and meet our neighbors.

Cactus Canyon is a homo-friendly, clothing optional campground approximately 20 minutes outside of another tiny town.

In these outlaying areas of the backwoods of Missouri, you pretty much can plot your way by proximity to a WalMart. Cactus Canyon is about a 25 minute drive to the nearest one.

A few of the board members of the Driller Bears, (the hosts for the weekend), who had arrived early to set up spent the evening by our campsite socializing and sharing stories.

I sipped Shiraz and began my technology withdrawal.
