Nice weekend.

I got my Christmas present on Saturday… delayed…. Partially budget – partially the guys were too nervous about finding the EXACT model I wanted… Model of what? – An espresso maker of course…. I got the Krups one with the decidedly Darth-Vader styling.

So… Now.. Finally – the Santa summary for Christmas 2004:

Monkey: Combo Espresso / Coffee Maker – Beast
Mojo: A sewing machine and an axe. (yes.. that’s what he asked for).
Baby: Big ole firewire drive for music.

The big fun was said Christmas present required a trip to the new Crate and Barrel they just opened in St. Louis.

Totally cool… Mostly stupidly overpriced… TOTALLY DANGEROUS… It didn’t stop us from slathering drool all over the store before we got out of there.

Nonetheless, I’m now able to make iced lattes till I’m blue in the face…. and not blog about it.
