I’ve heard Wash-U has bought it and will, of course, be tearing it down eventually.

Too bad – not that anything else could be done with it… It just screams for a music video to be shot in it… or to become part of an installation / performance art piece…. or to be documented to death by the pet art fag of the developer who’s revitalizing this neighborhood…. or… oh look a chicken.
