Our baby girly girl came to visit on Sunday!
jodfoster was on assignment in KC for work and budgeted some time in to race across the state and kill two birds with one rental car:
• Visit her original “bear posse” … (a.k.a. “women sitters” as her common-law-hubby Duffle calls us).
and
• See her favorite band, “Carbon Date”… or… what were they called again? 😉
*some Uncle Tupoloish band – playing at Blueberry Hill.
We had steaks on the grill and catch up conversation for dinner before she headed off to the concert…. She’d return later and crash on the sofa and follow me out in the wee-hours on my way to take dad to his AM Radiation treatment.
So good to see her…. too bad her other half wasn’t along, (we miss him too).
