Another one of those big storms blew through and knocked out our power….. again…….. This time we were only out for about 24 hours. And we’re having another heat-wave… think it was about 102 yesterday.

*grimace*

Anyway… so the bathroom project officially started today with the installation of the skylight… (I haven’t seen it yet).

Here’s the official “before” pictures for posterity and record purposes.

The only thing I seriously turned my nose up at when we first looked at the house was the bathroom… Do you blame me? I mean look at it.. what the hell were they thinking when they painted the tiles?!?! (*and then just stopped at the shower).

I can’t believe it’s been 4 years to get to it… just feels like a couple of years ago we were painting over the huge Disney characters in the now master bedroom.
